Villa V
Contemporary villa located on one of the mythical capes of the French Riviera. Under a spectacular appearance, it wants to be warm and easy to live in.
The two imperatives that its owner had given. This project turned out to be complex but very interesting in view of the very restrictive urban planning regulations in this area. The 1300 sqm, spread over 4 levels, alternate loft and more intimate atmospheres. The basement features an elegant spa, a cinema and a gym. On the first floor, the guest rooms and on the second floor, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the master bedroom.
We custom designed the fireplace with its suspended glass hood that dominates the marble hearth to separate the spaces while maintaining visual unity. A spacious terrace overlooking the garden and pool offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea. The choice of materials was essential to give the project the unostentatious luxury that characterizes it.
