VILLA CAISSA
Contemporary villa in the heart of Cannes’ most sought-after residential area.
The owner wanted to give this villa a strong identity in order to stand out in an area overflowing with prestigious properties.
The long form was dictated by the specific topography of the land, which extends from south to north over a thin strip of land.
That’s why we used this alignment of vertical stone loopholes to give height and relief to the façades.
The 500 m² of space spread over three levels offers a number of warm and intimate settings, from the main lounge to the spa, via the cinema and fitness centre.
Inside, the large double-height hall opens onto a majestic stairwell connecting the three levels and enhanced by an interior garden.
In the living room, the positioning of the fireplace has been used to separate the spaces, and its glass hood has been designed to integrate the television in the lounge area.
Harmony and the choice of quality materials were paramount in giving this project the elegant sobriety desired by the owner.
